To patch the game, you must
first download the roster file (ie. Tsprbowl2k1.IPS) and the Nes/Snes tool from the Downloads section to the right. Place them in a folder and run
the Nes/Snes tool. Choose the
option "use .IPS" and select
the .IPS file. Then select the file tsprbowl.NES (the unzipped original tecmo rom). A message will come up telling you that the game has been successfully patched. Now, run nesticle and select Tsprbowl to play the game!

To use the Tecmo Super Bowl Manager, download both the manager and system files from the left. Unzip the system files and place them in your c:\windows\system directory. Now, unzip TSB Manager to a folder and run the executable
file. Select the tecmo rom that you want to modify from there, and get to it!

If you still can't get things to
work, post your problem on the message board and you should get a response that will help you.

A Tecmo Super Bowl (NES) simulation editor has been released by konForce of Emuware! It determines the outcome of SIM data when skipping season games! Use this great tool along with TSB Manager for total Tecmo editing. Download it now from the Managers section of the site!

The High Speed Tecmo League
is another online league that is doing very well in its ninth season. This unique league requires members to have high speed connections. The result
are games with less lag, which provides more of a true console feel. Check out their web site for more information.

The World Tecmo League is an up-and-coming league now in its 7th season. Its features include a format in which each team
plays every other team at least once during a season. The WTL also uses updated rosters and a unique rom.

The Online Tecmo Football League will soon be in its 9th season. The OTFL is one of the oldest and most prestigious Tecmo leagues on the Internet, and they've recently re-vamped their website. Visit them here for more info.
